Our Mission

At West Prep Children’s Centre, our mission is to work collaboratively with families to create an environment that supports the academic and social development of every child. We adhere to the Comprehensive Child Care Early Years Act (C.C.E.Y.A) guidelines to ensure the highest standards of care.

Program Highlights

Toddler Program (18 months - 2.5 years)
Enhancing the child’s feeling of competence, encouraging development of independence, self-help skills, and positive social interactions.

Preschool Program (2.5-4 years)
Providing a rich and interesting environment that encourages exploration with all senses. Activities are aimed at boosting self-esteem, independence, and social skills, while fostering a sense of autonomy.

Full Day Kindergarten Program (4-5 years)
Personal and social development, language, mathematics, science and technology, and the arts.

School-Age Program (6-12 years)
Providing children with choices in their leisure activities that foster creativity, imagination, and productivity.
